Who We Are

United Consortium Construction Inc. was founded in 2002 and incorporated in New Jersey. Since our founding, we have grown into a prominent commercial construction company serving clients across New Jersey and New York City.
We are proud to be an approved contractor with the Mayor's Office of Contract Services (MOCS Support #MH-222372), granting us the ability to work on City of New York projects. Our team has built deep partnerships with the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), executing complex renovation projects at some of the city's most important institutions.
Our work is led by President Ainul H. Khan, who brings over 25 years of cumulative experience in the construction industry. This leadership, combined with the expertise of our skilled tradespeople, allows us to deliver results that stand the test of time.
